Williamsburg, VA -- Margie Maxine Fogleman, 79, died at 9:45 p.m. Monday Feb 8 1999, in Eastern State Hospital, Williamsburg Va. Born Dec 6 1919 in Missouri, she was the daughter of Willy and Effie Accord Owens. She married Jasper A. Fogleman Feb 18 1936 in Missouri. He preceded her in death in January 1971. She resided in Veedersburg until 1978 when she relocated to rural Kingman. In 1993 she went to live with son, Jasper, in Portsmouth, Va. She was an avid reader and gardener. She enjoyed nature, canning and making jellies and jams of all kinds. Survivors include sons, Jasper B. Fogleman, Portsmouth, Va., Edwin A. Fogleman, Lafayette, Robin O. (Mary Pearl) Fogleman, Veedersburg; daughter Marietta (Delmar) Harrison, Kingman; brother Willard (Bud) Owens, Veedersburg; sisters, Leota Brown Wise, Lakeland, Fla., Bernice Rasmussen, Mississippi,Marple Blevins, Missouri, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
